I personally don't believe in ADD, but thats beside the point!. What are some good foods to feed a picky second grader who loves sweets!?

The closer to fresh a food is, the better it is for you!. Avoid highly processed foods--there are some studies that indicate food additives contribute to behavior problems!.
Fresh fruit & veggies, home-cooked meals from fresh ingredients!. Whole grain breads & cereals!. Use alternate "sweet" sources than white sugar--like honey, or brown sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well my brother has autism and he wouldnt eat anything but sweets when he was really little, but my mom just kept on trying to feed him healthy food and with the help of my dad's firmness my brother ended up liking healthy food!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.in other words just feed her regular healthy food i guess!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

we put my son on all natural foods!. No artificial additives or colors and only natural sweets like dried fruit or honey!. Got away from caffeine, white sugar and white flour!. It worked so well that we took him off the Ritalin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
