How can I make sure to get up early in the morning?!


Question: How can I make sure to get up early in the morning!?
I DO set two alarms but I always end up almost subconsciously turning them off and going back to sleep!. But I have a class I NEED to wake up early for and, in the past, I've skipped so many classes because I've just slept through them accidently!. How can I make sure I get up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try getting to bed early, it would ensure you don't feel tired when you wake!. Or you get about four alarms, but one under you pillow, and let the others lead you to the bathroom!. by the time you reach there you'll surely wake up!. Ensure the alarms are set at a minute apart from each other, that way if you wake up and turn one off there are others by the time you reach the last one you might as well brush you teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get 5 alarm clocks if necessary!. Set one right next to your bed, as close to your face as possible!. Set another across the room so you have to get up to turn it off!. If that doesn't work, go get the older alarm clocks that have the two bells on top!. They are very, very loud and they WILL wake you up!.

If the problem persists, see a doctor, because you may possibly have a sleeping problem!. Your brain gets too asleep!.!.!.and yes, that is possible!.

place your loudest alarm clock as far from your bed as possible, when you get up to turn it off, turn on your bedroom light and/or TV!. moving around and changing my atmosphere is about the only way i can wake up!. i hate it but it's what has worked best for myself!. I use my cell phone under my pillow as an alarmclock as well but it goes off fifteen minutes before my other one which gives me a chance to start waking up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your alarms loud anof u could put i farther away where you have to get up to get it also look online there are alarms where it climes a string up every 5 secound so you have to get a stool to get it turned off and its soposed to be really loudWww@Answer-Health@Com

set the alarm clock away from the bed, so you have to get up out of the bed and this may wake you up; also you just have to push yourself and remember your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to be getting to bed early!.!.i have done this before but i had 4 alarms!.!.also set the alarms 1min apart from eachother and dont set them close to you!.put them at the oppisite side of the room that you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
