Question: Coming down w/ a cold!.!.!.need help fast!?

I am beginning to come down with a cold and I am leaving for a week long trip tomorrow!. What can I do to get better that uses common household items!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best thing to do is to gurgle hot salt water for about a minute!. trust me, it works!. eat lots of fruit and drink a lot of water!.

drink LOTS of water, stay inside, blow your nose frequently, and take cold meds, IF u have them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
