Question: Anything wrong with my digestive system!?!?
usually it takes me more than an hour to start digesting the food after dinner
sometimes even more than 2 hours
but i heard that our body will digest the food after half hour we eat
also, if i eat ice cream after lunch, it will stay in my stomach until dinner
so it's there for half day!!!

I think you dont need to spend so much time worrying about how long it takes to digest your food, it is a natural process and takes as long as it takes, dont worry about it!. Different foods digest at different rates in the body, some foods stay in the stomach for upto 6wks!. So really let it be natural, as it is meant to be!. Eat regularly, moderately sized portions of healthy food, with the odd treat now and again, and leave it at that!. so long as you are managing to use the bathroom once a day you're fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

digest and going to the restroom aren't the same thing so if you dont eat a lot you may not need to go right after you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com
