OK so I just got my period last night, and I have been GUSHING!. I mean, I'm going through a SUPER tampon literally in 1 hour!. I have gone thru almost the entire box of tampax super plus just today!. I have never had my period be this heavy, I'm 23 years old!. I'm not on BirthControl, I went off it about a year ago!.
Anyone else have a randomly heavy heavy period!? What the **** is going on!? I have an appointment with my OBGYN in 3 weeks, but I am just wondering if anyone else has had their periods turn into the period from hell!? Did it get back to its normal flow on its own!?

I've never had that happen but if you start feeling dizzy or faint you need go to the doctor/hospital ASAP because you can lose too much blood from your period!. If nothing like that happens you're not really in any danger but definitely tell the OB-GYN about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well u need to go to the er n make sure ur blood is ok bc a few mouth ago i was on my period n it keep going n it was havey n all that fineily it stop for month later but if ur blood it ok then ur will be ok bc im 13 n i jus went thro that it sux i had to wear dipers for week i was so oh idk but i was happy that nothing was wrong with me so good luck n wish you the bestWww@Answer-Health@Com
I always have bad periods but i've had ones that are just far worse than any others!. Don't worry, i'm sure it's fine!. But if it'd make you feel better, maybe go to the doctor!?

thats normal some months it can be light and not so bad some months it can be misery but unless it is prolonged or accompanied by severe pain I wouldn't worryWww@Answer-Health@Com
