im about 2 months prego im takin prenatual pills with b6 2!.6mg and today i bought b6 200mg for my morning sickness that was really bad and its helping great! my question is,is this dosage safe of b6, i felt fine after taking it and a hell of alot better !.thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm betting that you're going to be fine at that dose of B6, but what you might want to do is get a big B-50 pill!. Those have the entire constellation of B vitamins except for enough follic acid!. They like people who can get pregnant to be taking some extra follic acid for the formation of the fetus!.
