What if I don't wanna be autopsied when I die, can I put this in a will or something, or will I be autopsied anyways!?

Autopsies are required in all cases if there is a need to determine cause of death!. So in cases of a crime that leads to death or an unexplained sudden death, an autopsy is performed by a medical examiner for the county in which the deceased died!. In other cases the family may request an autopsy or the physician can also request one!.
You have the right to request that in the event of your death your body not be subject to an autopsy!. You may put this in a will or other legal instrument!. This may not prevent an autopsy in the case of a suspicious death however, so talk to an attorney if this really bothers you!.
Also make sure your next of kin knows about your wishes because in many cases, someone has to give consent for there to be an autopsy so if you let your loved ones know ahead of time what your wishes are, then you will have peace of mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The matter of having an autopsy depends upon the state in which you live and the laws governing such!. In most cases, an autopsy is not required if the death was natural or from a long illness or if cause of death was evident (decapitation in a car wreck)!. Homocide cases and cases of unexplained death usually require an autopsy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If I am correct in Texas, if die in a home even by choice of termal illness a autopsy is required!. Of cource in case of a suspisouse , unexplained, death as poison or murder!. and under age of 25 in any situation!. So it may be different state to state!. *mamatxWww@Answer-Health@Com
