Question: Could this be stress and anxiety!.!.!.!?

I really am not feelign too good at the moment, I have a constant sicky feeling in my tummy and have a bit of headache and have felt like this for a few days now!. I'm not overly stressed if I'm honest, work is great and always laid back and home life is NOW relatively settled!. However just recently I have had a lot to contend with, i!.e!. personal problesm prior to selling my home and buying but then having to move in to rented with my littel girl, my partner leaving literally days before the big move, re-settleing my daughter in to a new home and sorting childcare out, working full time and getting a new home together!. I am sleeping quite well or have been, but the last 2 nights I have been a little unsettled and I feel absolutely shattered, I'm strugglign to keep my eyes open, is it just stress coming out in me now I'm getting sorted!.!.!. I've booked thursday and friday off work so I can chill out a bit while my girl is at school!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gee!.!.!.!.I'll take a guess here and say!.!.!.YES!. Sounds as if your body is on overdrive!.!.!.doing the best it can to cope with the stress!. Your adrenaline has probably been pumping extra!.!.!.as that is what the body does when it feels threatened emotionally!.!.!.sort of a constant 'fight or flight' response!.

Sooooo!.!.!.some time for you is a great start!.!.!.I'd also work on getting some much needed 'b' vitamins in your system -as it helps to keep your nervous system 'calmer' in general!. Some time spent in nature is a great calmer and absorber of stress!.!.!.do not underestimate it!.!.!.or grab an upbeat book or movie!.!.!.(I like - Last Holiday with Queen Latifah or "About a Boy" with Hugh Grant) - but anything will do!.

You are doing remarkablely well with all the shifts and changes in your life!.!.!.but for you and your little girl, taking care of you is a priority!. Feeling shattered is normal!.!.!.who wouldn't !? But also try if possible to realize you can do it!.!.!.you are doing it!.!.!.and it (life) can be better then you expect if you expect it! Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
