Also, I weigh 250 pounds and am 6 feet tall!. How much should I weigh!? 180!? How much can I expect to lose by the beg!. of September!? Minimum to maximum!? Thanks! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
What kind of diet are you on!? Make sure you eat at least 1300 calories a day!. Really you should find out how many calories you need a day to maintain your current weight http://walking!.about!.com/cs/calories/l/b!.!.!.
and subtract 500-1000 calories from that amount to lose weight!.
Give yourself a cheat day once a week where you eat up to the amount of calories you need to maintain your current weight!.

I would say 25lbs in a month is good for you right now, since you a good amount of weight to lose!.

As for loose skin, I would suggest you find some sort of muscle toning exercise to do in addition to cardio exercise!. It will help with tightening your skin up!.

I feel like I say this a lot, but I like exercise videos like Tae Bo, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs!. There's a lot more, but those are more known and combine cardio and muscle toning!.

You are young, so your skin will have a greater ability to shrink in size!. It may not become completely normal ever, I'm not sure!. But drink lots of water, use moisturizer!.

For you to be at a healthy weight, you would be approximately between 140lbs-185lbs!.

25 pounds a month is way too fast!. You should be losing 8 pounds a month maximum!. The skin you're seeing is loose skin because you've lost weight too quickly and it hasn't had time to catch up!. If your stomach hurts at night and you have trouble sleeping I think that's a very clear indication that while your diet is "working" it is doing very bad things to your body!. Maybe you should just compromise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are doing everything AWESOMELY!!
hang in there, I had the EXACT same problem wit the skin!. Don't worry, It is just slower to recede than fat is!.

Try with that site, It will tell you the proper amount of calories you need for your height, and desired weight!.
If you keep on like this I would expect to lose about 50-60 pounds!.

congratulations on losing the weight! but that is a lot to have lost in such a short period of time!.!.!.about how many calories do you eat in a day!? if it's waaayyy less than 1500 then youre not eating enough!. as far as the sleeping goes i dont think it's due to the amount youre eating!.!.do you tend to work out later in the day or earlier!? i work out later in the day and i've been having trouble sleeping as well and i know it's because of when i work out!. so if youre a late gym goer try to workout earlier if possible!. as far as the skin goes that is very normal and there isnt much you can do about it!. one thing you can do you may not want to hear but that would be to lose weight more slowly so your skin has time to catch up with the weight loss and shrink with you instead of staying the same!. but it should be expected to have a little excess skin but not too much as long as you're slow in losing the weight!. another plus to losing weight slowly is that youll have better long lasting results from it and you won't gain the weight back!. I think 20-25 pounds would be a good realistic healthy amount to lose by the beginning of september that works out to be about 1 pound lost a week which is a good healthy amount!. I hope this helps you!. goodluck with your weight loss!Www@Answer-Health@Com
