Answers:
Yes!. Absolutely!.

If you are thinking about being an administrative nurse or a teaching nurse, that's fine, however, everyone becomes a nurse the same way!. Clinicals include working with elder care which also might gross you out a little!. You'll be working with stool specimens, administering needles, taking blood work, inserting NG tubes, testing urine, cleaning out and suctioning trachs and colostomies!.!.!.so on and so forth!. It is a part of the nursing profession to know these things!. You can't be a good teacher or professional nurse of any kind (regardless of working with patients or not) if you do not have experience in these things from school!.

Not to mention, it would be awfully hard to be hired for a job as a nurse being that picky!. Even the RN Assessment Coordinators (nurses that work in an office, not with patients) at my job are required to be on call some weekends to work as regular nurses!. If you're not versatile as a nurse, you won't be sought after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might wanna choose a different career then!.!.!.!.!.part of nursing, even in nursing school is nursing care!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you have to do clinicals in which you will probably be assigned a couple of patients to take care of for a whole shift!.!.!.!.!.you need to consider that you might have to do clinicals in a place that has severely disabled people or old people who need butt wiping!.!.!.!.!.or u might have to get all up in their crotch to insert a catheter!.!.!.!.every once in a while you might get someone who pulls out there iv and gets blood everywhere you gotta clean it up and put a new one in, getting urine, stool and sputum samples is routine!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and working at a hospital is probably nothing like you imagine!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it!.s very challengingWww@Answer-Health@Com
