Exams! Now im pulling 3 allnighters in a row...is this bad?!


Question: Exams! Now im pulling 3 allnighters in a row!.!.!.is this bad!?
Ok so, i had an exam Tuesday Morning, so i didnt go to bed Monday night becasue I was studying!. I napped after from about 1pm-5pm it was a rocky sleep!. Then i got up and started studying for my next exam which is Wednesday at 2pm!. I cant sleep cause im not done studying!. But when I get back from that I have to start studying for my last exam which is on Thursday!. Im seriously feeling a cold coming on, and I cant even sleep because I am stressed!.
How bad is this!? Should I even try to sleep when im not tired, or just go to bed when my body is about to pass out, thus I dont waste time trying to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep deprivation is a bad condition and coffee just covers up the problem without solving/curing it!. And yes, stress reduces the immune system's ability to defend itself!.
Solution: next semester study daily so that only a little review is needed before exams!. Make this your current job while in school!.

You will not do well in the exam if you havnt slept for this long!. The best way to do well in exams, is to study as much as you can, then make sure you get a good 8 hours sleep before the exam, so you are well rested, and your mind is able to function at its peak!.

Studying more will not help you for an exam tomorrow!. Set your alarm for 8 hours time, get some sleep, and if you have time, do some more study in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
