can alot of vitamin A make you see spots ever!?
i am seeing white specs alot more and had drank about 10-12 servings of orange drink that has 4% vitamin a and 15% vitamin c
this was over a 2-3 day period!.!.
also wondering if being on the computer alot can cause white specs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are seeing floaters which is quite normal and this is not a problem!.
To overdose on vitamin A you need a lot more than the small amount that you have consumed and probably the only way you could overdose would be from vitamin A supplements if you take too many!.
The floaters are not related to normal intakes of vitamin A!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, most people get black specks - "floaters" - but white specks are annoying too, I imagine!.
It doesn't sound like a vitamin-A overdose though!.
Just get an eye test, because you're probably normal but worrying will make everything worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Blurred vision can be a symptom of vitamin A toxicity!. Although the amount you drank shouldn't be an overdose!. It is likely that computer use has given you the spots!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
