They are caused by constant pressure put on the skin, and it is the skin toughening up!. Lots of people have them!. You could get looser shoes, wear gloves if you are doing anything that would cause them on your hands(ie!. weightlifting) or get a pumice stone and rub it on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Omega 3 oil deficiency and b vitamin def increases your odds to getting more calluses!. Be sure you are not deficient in these nutrients!.
