I drink one can of pop a day and I dont drink anything else and I cried last night and the tears hurt my eyes so bad it felt like it was just salt coming out!. Am I dehydrated!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes because your tears have more salt and other chemicals in them compared to normal because they're letting out the same amount of solutes without the same amount of solvent (water) present!. Drink more water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I will tell you as a nurse that you are killing your body!. It wont take long for your body to shut down under these conditions and, by the time your 30 you will look like you 60 so I would encourage you to drink lots of water, maybe some decaffenated tea and also I am sure that your kidneys could use some cranberry juice, or go buy the cran pills!.
