I have this peppermint essential oil stuff that's for headaches, but you could put just a bit under your nose too and that might help!. Any essential oil blend would work!. Aveda sells one and most health stores probably would too!.

Apart from that though, maybe you should talk to your boss/his boss or HR about it and they could address it with him!. Some companies have policies about people wearing strong perfumes/colognes, if this guy's body odour is this bad I think that should count too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is there something you can do, of course there is!. You can either use strong perfume for yourself to block off the guy strong body odor or avoid him at times when he is around go somewhere else!. There is another option, I do not know if you will like it!. The usual saying "if you can't lick 'em join them" so if he doesn't shower then do the same thing don't take a bath or shower or do not use deodorant as well too!. Thereby you cannot distinguished the smell of the odor whether if it is coming from you or from him!.

But seriously, if there is a will there is a way, tell him that physical hygiene to a person is very important or he can consult a doctor who can recommend to him some pills to swallow to eliminate the odor that his body is extinguishing!. There is a drug like that, because the drug will penetrate the stomach where in the odor is usually comes from!. Not the skin or from the pores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, only antiperspirants contain aluminum salts!. Standard deodorants to not!. He can certainly SHOWER and wear CLEAN CLOTHES and use DEODORANT!.
The aluminum salts do not cause PROBLEMS if they are not applied to to broken skin!.

You have a right to a 'stink-free' workplace and you and other offended co-workers need to have a sit down talk with him regarding his personal hygiene!.

If he refuses, then you simply tell him that he is to NOT come into your office or cubicle or area until he takes a bath!.

You need to talk to your boss or HR department (as suggested) because this is a real problem that offends more than you!. The guy sounds like a pig!. So treat him like one!.

You cannot use sprays because many sprays can cause allergic reactions in people!.

Other than that, get an assignment in a different department or find a different job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask to be moved or have management speak to him!. Honestly I was a manager for 12 years and body odor isn't a punishable problem and can not be inforced!. After all body odor doesn't cause allergies to flare or health problems to our senses!.
If you spoke to him and he doesn't respect your desires to have him shower then you are fighting a losing battle!. I mean if you had a favorite perfume you liked to wear wouldn't you be offended if someone said they hated it and demanded you not wear it anymore!?
If your in an organization that is union you have no chance in him being fired it wouldn't be allowed!. And most states protect folks from being wrongfully fired so the company isn't going to take the chance of being sued by this Mr!. Stinky!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

File a complaint about it with Human Resources and Stinky's supervisor!.
Then keep after them until they make him clean up or he gets canned!.
Also, demand to be moved away from the odor!.
If nothing is done about it after your complaints, then contact the County Health Department!.
He is causing an unsanitary work environment for other employees!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OOH I feel sorry for you!. Its obvious you have lots of options:

1!. Tell everyone you work with about him and get together and buy him some environmentally friendly deoderant!.

2!. Leave your job

3!. Make it really obvious to him how you feel and hope that he will get embarassed about it!.

4!. Use perfumed handerchief to sniff at your desk, such as tea tree oil or any other oil that smell nice!.

5!. Report him to your superiors and get he evicted to a place where he is on his own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I were you I would put some nice smell balls in your desk drawers and on your desk (lavender, jasmine etc) and try to block it that way!. Also I would go to whoever your human resources person is and explain the situation to them and make a complaint anonymously and hopefully they will tactfully confront him!. XxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Can you plug in a candle warmer!? Talk to his boss if he won't help go to HR! I worked with a guy that smelled like poo, the boss would talk to him and he would get better for a while and then fall back into his "uncleanliness" again after a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the store your self and buy a all natural deodorant and give it to him,i dont think there is a way to block the smell unless you pinch your nose together with something, talk to your boss and ask if they can do any thingWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would bring it up with your boss, most jobs require good hygiene and its causing a problem that you shouldn't have to deal with don't your boss should be able to address the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
