Inhaling hot smoke isn't good for your lungs no matter what you're smoking!. You may not get the same amount or kind of chemicals in each inhale, but you're still doing damage to your delicate lung tissues!. If you must smoke, use a hookah to cool the smoket!. It's still bad for you but maybe a tad less so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
