Back and neck pain from being on the computer, how do I stop it?!
Question: Back and neck pain from being on the computer, how do I stop it!?
Besides the obvious answer of "get off the computer"
Are there any stretches or excersizes I can do, or a way to make sure I am sitting properly in my chair!? It only started doing this recently, and I think its because all my classes this semester are computer classes!.!.!.so my back is not happy sitting in front of computers ALL day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sitting up with your back straight is the best way but regardless of how you sit if you're sitting in front of a computer ALL day you are probably going to have some back aches!. Try to get up and stretch your back out periodically during the day!. Nothing special just a good stretch like when you get up out of bed in the morning lol!. Hope that helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Feel like hot water being poured down the back of your neck!.
Try to actively relax now and again, don't hunch up while typing and do a few neck exercises (complete head rotations, both ways) and use a wheatie or similar on the trapezius muscle!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
