ok!.!.!.i'm on effexr xr and i suffer from constipation from it!.!.about once every 2 weeks i'd be able to go and as i go,i get really dizzy and light-headed trying to go!.!.!.does anyone know why,this happens!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are getting light-headed because of straining, most likely!.
Both constipation and dizziness are listed as known side-effects of Effexor!. The Effexor may have increased your tendency to lightheadedness, but lightheadedness during defecation is pretty common, especially if straining during constipation!.
Many medications cause dry mouth and constipation!. Drinking more water and eating more fruit may help, but there is an upper limit to the amount of water you should consume on a daily basis!. Chronic over drinking can interfere with nutrient absorption for instance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

once every two weeks that's not good for you
I was at once a week that's with pain meds
and antidepressants !.I do two things for mine!.
Is extra virgin olive oil get the good stuff
it taste better,Olive oil is good for you
and fiber laxative it will help you system to start working
the way it should!.This will get the crap
