Havent done benzodiazepine!.
Cannabis seems obvious one, but if your not in the right frame of mind neither could relax you!. You can get really nervious about things, if you are worrying etc!.
Drinking, you can get violent or depressed etc!.
I'd say cannabis though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

or muscle relaxers!.
