Why does looking at the sun or light help you to sneeze?!

Question: Why does looking at the sun or light help you to sneeze!?

When im about to sneeze if i look at the sun or a bright light i sneeze straight away, and even if i dont need to sneeze but look at the sun i sneeze!.

Btw i dont have hay fever!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people have a sneeze reflex that triggers from looking at bright light!. It's genetic, and perfectly harmless!. It was in an episode of The Wonder Years!. (Or Clarissa Expains it All; I don't remember)Www@Answer-Health@Com
