Neosporian (or however you spell it) it will stop infection
-After when you are by yourself get some actual scar cream to make them less noticable and almost gone!. I use something called "scar zone" it made them almost unnoticable! :]

Try using a product like Germolene's New Skin,you paint it on to the wound and it dries like a skin and it's also antiseptic,,it's really goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
You could try mederma or neosporin!. One question (if not too personal), why do you have scars that might get infected!?
