Is it better to breath in and out through your nose or mouth?!


Question: Is it better to breath in and out through your nose or mouth!?
I have a stuffy nose and i have this theory that its better to breathe in through your nose, but im not sure, can you help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are way off sir!!! it is way better to breath in through your mouth than through your nose!. unless of course you are giving a relaxing massage to a polynesian midgit (on steroids that has acute RLS mixed in with ADHD) with your mouth, then of course you would use your nose to breathe because i mean really!.!.!. who can breathe in through their mouth with all that jolting around!? anyway, like i said!.!.!. use your mouth to breathe when you have a stuffy nose due to the stimuli in your maticular disfecti in your hermiglobus acts as a neutrical sponge therefore allowing you to transcend your common cold into the state of trifectricoccus!. in other words, you will no longer have a stuffy nose in a couple of days!.

It is probably better to breathe through your nose, but don't try to change it if you don't! Most people breathe through their mouths if their tonsils were taken out!. Besides, you have to have something for when you have a plugged up nose!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say nose!. but I had a deviated septum from the time I was 9-22 and couldn't breathe through my nose!. I'm 35 now and can't tell the difference!.
The hair is supposed to filter the air through the nose!. The mouth doesn't do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
