The lack of nicotine makes you feel down and depressed!. Either get some type of nicotine replacement, or allow yourself to smoke a little!. Depression is more dangerous than smoking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does NOT mean you have some permanent depression!. Nicotine stimulates the Dopaminergic systems in your brain!. When you give up it stands to reason you might have a bit of a low mood for a while due to decreased Dopamine activity - like a very mild version of what amphetamine addicts get!.

Don't worry, it will pass after a while :) Keep at it, 2 days is awesome, I haven't been that long in quite some time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe psychologically, the withdrawal is triggering other symptoms and emotions!. it's probably making your emotional!. so small things are making you cry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Withdrawl symptoms can be different for everyone!. Did something else happen to make you sad!? does your throat hurt or something!? (some smokers experience that!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Smoking helps people who are depressed!. When they quit, they may need anti-depressants to cope with life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
