Why do I turn over and over while I sleep?!
Question: Why do I turn over and over while I sleep!?
I'm sharing a room with my older sister while my own room is being decorated!. On the first morning after we shared together, she told me that I turned over and over while I slept, and that I kept swallowing!.
The night after, I kind of half woke up, and noticed that I was, indeed, turning over and over and over (almost as if I was spinning), and I was unable to stop myself!. I also swallowed again and again and again!. I ended up just going back to sleep!.
What does this mean!? What would cause this!?

well if the bed isn't soft enough or supportive enough you will change positions frequently just to ease the pressure on your boney prominences like hips shoulders and knees!. And even if the bed is soft, if you are over weight, you will shift frequently for the same reason, too much pressure!.
as for swallowing frequently, we all either swallow alot or we drool, our mouth doesn't stop producing sputum just because we are sleeping!. Be glad you swallow, droolers are kind of messy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
