I get a splitting headache after napping???!
Question: I get a splitting headache after napping!?!?!?
I just woke up from a nap about 10 minutes ago and God, do I have the worst headache ever!?
I was feeling really tired today so decided to take a 2 hour power nap!.!.!.then my alarm and mom failed to awake me so it ended up being close to a 3 and half hour nap!.
I woke up abruptly!. Does that have anything to do with it!?

Sometimes I get headaches when I wake from a nap as well!. Where are your headaches usually!? I saw a lot of people about mine, which are in the back of my head, and if they last more than 3 hours but less than 72 then it is most likley a migraine, and nothing to worry about!. If it lasts shorter, then its just a regular good old headache!.
If there are any other symptoms, such as weakness in the legs, or blurred vision, be sure to include them!.
Otherwise, some Aleve/asprin should do the trick!.
Migranes are a disease which doctors know niether the cure or cause!. They do no lasting damage though, and there is medication!.
Overall, I wouldn't worry too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for me, around this time of year i get THE WORST headaches when ever i get up from sleeping, taking a nap, etc!. Actually, the other day i felt like i was spun on a Merry-Go-Round after waking up from sleep!. I have allergies, and right now this time of year is one of the peak times people with allergies get sick, get dizzy, have headaches, etc!. I'm not sure if you have allergies, or maybe did you have enough sleep the night before!? I myself get horrible headaches after naps if i didnt get enough sleep or if i worked for a long time (tests in school, etc!.) i hoped i helped you out a little bit =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
