Question: How can i unblock my nose !? :-(!?
I had a flu blown cold about 4 weeks, ago !. I am ok now but my nose is so stuffy im beginning to sound like i have an adenoids problem!.!.!.lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try an over the counter decongestant!. Pseudafed works wonders for me, but some people get heart palpatations from it, so be careful!.
If you'd rather not take a pill, or if you're on other meds and can't take a decongestent, try rubbing any menthol-containing ointment under your nose-just a little dab!. Tiger balm or Vicks should work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

blow it! get a hot cup of coffee and drink it and sniff it! get vicks and stick it on your chest or under your nose(hurts when under your nose but works) take a panadol or 2 depending on your age, this makes the snot set a bit!
