Yes, it is perfectly normal!. My first sexual partner and i spent around a month to actually have intercourse!. She insisted on using condoms and everytime i reached erection, she would apply one!. As soon as it was applied, i would go limp, instantly!. My advice to you is just relax as much as possible!.
