I don't know where you live, but they could be from dry air!. Try a humidifier, or microwave a large bowl of water and then steam yourself over it for about 5 minutes!. I get a ton of nosebleeds when it's dry!.

I've had this problem when i was younger!.!.!.a humidifier will help but if it doesn't then maybe you will need to have the blood vessels burned shut, that sounds more painful then it is it just makes you sneezeWww@Answer-Health@Com
