I need advice. My parents like to drink a lot, and when they do I feel really un!

Question: I need advice!. My parents like to drink a lot, and when they do I feel really uncomfortable!.!.!.!?
They get really immature and my little sister (12) is too naive to realize why they are so silly and funny!. I even told them lots of times how uncomfortable it made me, like I say how you might have a drinking problem!.

But they are not alcoholics!. REALLY! They just really like drinking way too much and when I tell them they still act silly!. They always make fun of my, point out my insecurities, and laugh at anything that I do that isn't perfect, after drinks!.

I have told them how it makes me feel and my dad was like "I'm uncomfortable because your room isn't clean!!" Like it was my fault!. I feel really bad because my mom would maybe hit me but probably yell at me really bad because she would be mad because she is not an alcoholic!.

When they have not have nay drinks they are the best parents in the world, by dad is REALLY smart and my mom is really nice!. Sometimes their drinking gets in the way of my social events because they can't drive me!.

WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
you need to talk to them calmly, when they're not drinking, and maybe where you're in public so they can't make a crazy scene!. write down all the ways it affects you, give them specific examples!. let them know how it makes you feel!. let them know about the things it makes you worry about!.
don't call them the "a" word, cause they'll stop listening to you
say over and over how much you love them and respect them
be very careful not to raise your voice or whine
be careful not to make them feel like you're attacking them personally (just to make sure they continue to hear you)

or, you may suggest they take you to a counsellor, make some reason up, then discuss this with your counsellor!. a counsellor can be a really good mediator and as an adult, will be someone your parents may listen to if they don't hear you when you talk about this stuff

you have to tell them your not kidding!. sit down with them and yell!. maybe record what they do and show them!. say "this is waht you did and i dont think it was very funny" explain in detail!. and make sure ur room is clean!.!.!. haha i hope this helps!. it sucks havign drunk parents!. even if they arent alcoholics!. i know!. dont let them wave it off either!. say MOM DAD!! i really need u to listen! and work out a plan with them on when they can drink and wen u have something planned!. and make sure you just loosen up a bit too!. becuz they wont want to do anything u say so u need to compromise!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
