Because the large intestine (colon) absorbs water from the stool!. So, the longer it's in there, the more dry and hard it becomes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should take stool softener at the very beginnings of constipation!. That way if it happens still, it won't be as bad as childbirth, lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
