try a normal pain killer and help deal with it, and keep warm - i drink a lot of warm drinks when i'm on my period, e!.g!. hot chocolate, green tea, honey-milk!.!.!.
if it gets really bad, got to your GP and sometimes they prescribe you medication, they only did that for me once though, because the medication was very strong, but it's worth a try!

Because during our periods our body's do similar things to what they do in labour, the uterus contracts slightly during menstruation to dispose of the lining of the womb, clots can make this more difficult, even tiny ones, which can make the pain worse!. It's cramps as the womb was getting ready to support a fertilised egg, but if an egg isn't fertilised it sheds the lining and the cramps help to remove it!. Don't believe the bible stuff!. REETZ: That's not always the case!. I suffered pure and unadulterated HELL from the day I started my period, bleeding every two weeks constantly and the pain was incredible!. I was told that after I had my first child, everything would settle down!. Turned out I couldn't HAVE children and I tried until I was 46!. we get it because bad blood has to be escaped from our body!. the blood that escapes is not healthy and needs to escape!. it has stuff like excess bacteria!. another reason we get it is because our sexual organs start building a nest inside our womb and the bad blood that was there escapes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the cramps are from the contractions of the uterus (womb)!. it's made of several layers one of which is muscle!. the muscle contracts in efforts to help expel all the extra layers it doesn't need because you didn't get pregnant!. that's menses or all the goop that comes out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
