Answers:
I've been getting IBS for many years, and sadly, I don't think you can ever get rid of it for good!. But you can learn to manage it, at least!.

I find that the more stressed I am, the worse the pain and bloating get!. Maybe you're the same!.!.!.maybe we subconsciously hold all our tension in our bellies or something!. I used to be a professional musician, and my guts would be in excruciating pain before concerts!.

If you worry and stress a lot like I do, try relaxing by doing things you enjoy - watching films, reading, listening to your favourite music, even have a hot bath by candle-light!.

Funnily enough, my pain is hardly ever there when I'm lying in bed at night - it's as though the stresses of daily life just get too much sometimes!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

IBS is a common digestive disorder characterized by abdominal pain, cramping, and changes in normal bowel function, including bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation!.

Doctors are not sure what causes IBS!. The nerves and muscles in the bowel appear to be extra sensitive in people with IBS!. Muscles may contract too much when you eat!. These contractions can cause cramping and diarrhea during or shortly after a meal!. Or the nerves may react when the bowel stretches, causing cramping or pain!.
[also what the person before me said]

taking supplementary fiber and eating right and excising and in most cases medication!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a condition marked by excessive gas, diarrhea, and cramps!. The cause is not currently known!. Most doctors currently believe that it is neurological!. Signals between the brain and the digestive system are getting mixed up somehow!. The treatment for it can be just as baffling as the cause since there does not seem to be any single treatment that works for everyone!. The best ways to reduce the problem are:
Reduce the amount of fatty foods that you eat!.
Avoid coffee, tea, or soda that contains caffeine or artificial sweeteners!.
Reduce the amount of milk, cheese, and other dairy products that you eat and cut back on fruits!.
Avoid beans, cabbage, and other foods that are known for causing gas!.
Regular exercise and stress reduction has had a positive affect for many people with IBS!.
Fiber can help with constipation, but not the other symptoms!.

If changes to your diet and exercise don't help, there are some new drugs on the market that have been helpful in reducing the symptoms of IBS, but they should be used as a last resort only!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

then you have food alergies!. Try avoiding dairy for one day, and then breads the next!. see if you feel better!. For most people, lactose and gluten intolerence can cause IBS!. Go to a health food store and buy enteric coated enzyme capsules (aids digestion!.) Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
