Belching after taking iron capsules?!
Question: Belching after taking iron capsules!?
Since I am anemic my doctor prescribed iron capsules!. I have tried taking it between the meal so that I don't belch up the taste of the iron capsule later!. But about half an hour after my meal, I seem to belch a lot and can smell just the iron capsule - a peculiar medicinal smell and flavor!. Does it mean it doesn't agree with me!? Should I stop taking it!? It happens even when I take multi vitamin capsules and this prevents me from continuing to take them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

doctors prescribe crappy chemical vitamins which in the case of ferrous sulfate is derived from coal!. This isnt menat for human consumption no moatter what the govn/fda says !. They are all about making the buck and not about your health!.
If you need iron I suggest you go to a natural food store and get "chelated Vitamins" which are derived from FOOD sources and your body will not try to fight it off , it will digest it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
