Question: Pleas help I have such a bad cold!?
Well on friday I had a really runny nose and a tempariture On saturday I had a bit of a runny nose and a sore throat!. and today I av a really annoying cough!. I have taken a throatie (well more than one actually) but I was wondering if their is any home remadies to help my cough go!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1st get off the computer and go back to bed!. 2 eat/drink lots of soup, especially brothy types like chicken soup, avoid acidic soups like tomato!. 3 and hot tea and if you like it, add lemon and honey!. 4 talk only when you need to!. 5 if you have to, send someone out for these things 6 same as #1, get off the computer!. 7 get well soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
Call a friend to come over and take care of you!. Don't go to work or school!. Stay home until you get better!. Drink lots of hot cocoa or water so you can urinate out all the bad viruses or bacterias!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
