this is probably because you exercise and sweat a lot!. You should shower right after you exercise and drink lots of water, that helps incredibly!. Also, wash your clothes with bleach, sometimes some bacteria reside in clothes which get inside your pores and cause acne to happenWww@Answer-Health@Com

If your acne is 'really bad' you will need to see a dermatologist!. Nothing over the counter will help that degree of acne!. Good luck!.
