Coping with stress?!


Question: Coping with stress!?
Does anyone have good relaxation techniques!? I've had it up to here *points to forehead*Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go outside and workout or go to the gym and workout!. Put on some music and just get whatever is in your head out of your head!. Workingout builds your endorphine level so you feel better!. Eat healthy and no junk food!. If your body is fully functioning then stress will not be as likely to get you down!. I also do yoga that I made up on my own with just stretches I have seen other people doing!. Try not to sleep to much because that will just lead to depression in the end!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am in the same boat!. I stress and have a lot of anxiety!. Before it got out of hand, I used to do yoga!. You really have to take it serious in order for it to really work!. You can also just take some time for yourself, like stop everything you are doing, find a quiet place and push away all of your problems out of your head!. Its not easy to do but it does work!. If worst comes to worse, like what happened to me, my therapist put me on Lexapro and it works great!. hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Imagine yourself in a traffic jam after a hard day at work!. The longer you sit,the hotter the engine gets!. As you watch the temperature gauge climb, your anxiety level goes up accordingly!. Now picture yourself lying on a beach with warm sun, gentle breezes, and peaceful waves!. No stress there!. Everyone has their own pleasent thoughts to think of, this is just an example!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
