Question: Body cleansing head ache!?!?
i am doing my first fast ever just to cleanse my body of any toxins and all that stuff!.!.!. i read up on it!. i am eating fruits and drinking water and juices!. its my first day and i have a major headache!.!.!.!. could this be the fast!.!.!.!. i should be over with the fast in 5 hours!.!.!.!.!. but damn my head hurts!.!.!. i am only sticking to it for one day!.!.!.!. since like i said its my first time ever!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it could be a body cleansing headache!.!.!.!.from not eating enough; drink more water!.!.!.try an ice pack on the back of your neck!.!.!.it usually helps most headaches!.

could be a couple of things!.
if you are accustomed to drinking caffeinated beveragesl skipping them could cause a headache
also, your blood sugar could be on the low side!. try some more fruit juice
