Its not that bad ive had to give blood countless times if you don't like the needle just don't watch it!.!.!. The dizzyness everyone seems to say they have is all up to the person!. There is no way they are taking that much blood out of your system to do anything serious to u!. Others cant stand the sight of blood which makes them quizzy or dizzy but its still up to the person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I felt fine!. They sit you down afterwards and give you a drink and something to eat to keep the dizzy feeling away, which most people don't get anyway!. If you're right on the border of the weight limit or a few pounds over it, you may feel dizzy, but most people don't!. If it's the blood that bothers you, just don't watch as the tube fills up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You feel exactly the same!. All those people on TV shows who look like they get dizzy/sleepy/drunk after having given blood are just satirical exaggerations!. You really won't feel a thing!. If you get a little light-headed, just have something to eat, or have some sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First they actually insert the needle Then and they don't tell you this untill your half way through they have to wiggle the needle about find and good enough Vein and pop it into that one which can cause quite a bit of brusin

you may feel a little weak and a little dizzy after but if you're cleared to donate, then you're ok to go!. just be sure to inform the doctor of any existing problems like suspected valvular diseases!.!. something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes you feel a little light headed afterward but that's about all!. I think the needle hurts when they take it out, not when they put it in!. I all takes less than 20 minutes!. You should do it, it's for a good cause!Www@Answer-Health@Com
