Breathing problems.?!
Question: Breathing problems!.!?
lately ive been randomly concentrating on my breathing and it will get harder and harder to breath, almost like having an asthma attack or anxiety attack!.
am i actually having difficulty breathing or is it all mental!?
also do you have any idea what could cause it or how to help it!?

U R DEFIENTELY FEELING THIS WAY BECAUSE U KEEP ON THINKIGN ABOUT IT!.!.!.I TOO FELT LIEK THIS AND AT ONE POINT EVEN STOPPED BREATHING AND FELT CHEST PAINS!.!.!.!.I FELT AS IF I ***** CATCH MY BREATHE AND FELT SHORT OF BREATHE ALL THE TIME!.!.!.!.I STARTED TAKING OMEGA 3 PILLS BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD HEART PROBELMS BUT I WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND GOT CHECKED UP AND PUT UNDER A MACHINE N TOLD I WAS OK AND THAT IT WAS ALL IN MY HEAD AND STRESS!.!.!.!.DONT LET THIS GET TO U RHEAD!.!.!.JUST FORGET ABOUT IT AND U WILL FEEL BETTER!.!.!.I KNOW U WONT BE ABLE TO FORGET ABOUT IT ON UR OWN PROBABLY, SO GO TO A DOCTOR SO HE CUD TGELL U UR OK AND U WILL FEEL BETTER!.!.!.DONT ELT THISW GET TO UR HEAD!.!.!.HOPE U FEEL BETTERWww@Answer-Health@Com
Could be either one or the other, or maybe even both!. Who knows!? I'm neither a doctor, nor a psychiatrist, and even if I was, I'm nowhere close to you and can't examine you and that kind of stuff!. I suggest you see a doctor that can evaluate you and see if it really is a medical problem!. If its not, he or she can probably recommend someone who can help!. Not being able to breathe is a serious thing!. Trying things at home is fine at times for some things, but I suggest you get professional help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
