Interestingly enough, alcohol is in two categories!.
The main category, of course, is a depressant!. It makes people slow down and lose motor skills!.
On the other hand, alcohol can also be said to be a stimulant because it causes people to lose inhibitions in smaller amounts!. Check erowid!.org for more information about alcohol!
