Question: What can I suggest to my roommate to help her breathe better at night when she is sleeping!?
I can hear her snoring and/or breathing loudly across my apartment from her room!. It doesn't bother me or keep me up, but I feel bad for her and I want her to breathe!.!. lol!. She is not overweight at all, in fact she is petite!. She eats relatively healthy too, so I can't really figure out why she does this!. Suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are several things that cause snoring!. Tell her she does this and since it doesn't bother you, wait until it bothers her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
