you need to be aware of what you eat!. caffeine, msg, certain foods can cause these headaches!. Are you under alot of stress, do you strain your eyes!. A dark , cool, room and a long nap will sometimes do the trick!. sometimes even using a cool cloth along with that!. Excedrin for tension headaches works really well too!. I have suffered many years with headaches like yours!. I hope you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
