There is an actual medical term for this!. It is called something like myocolonic jerks!. They are not harmful and many people do it (including me)!. I get a rather enjoyable feeling from them except when I feel like I'm slipping and wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably because they're not exerting any control over their body anymore so it relaxes and involuntarily twitches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
