Question: Im at a friends at a sleepover its 4am here everyone is sleeping im 13 i fell sick what do i do!?
I feel like im going to puke and i have a bad headache im almost crying its so bad and im on my laptop on my friends wireless internet, its 4am and everyone is sleeping and id be embarassed if i wake anyone up and i can't go home what do i do!? Im scared and i feel like im going to puke and i don't even know where the washroom is here either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

absolutely wake up which ever friend you're closest to and ask her to show you the washroom!. if you're feelign that bad, you should wake one of her parents up!. its way way way more embarassing throwing up in the bedroom than waking up her parents, trust me!. if you feel like you're about to puke, wake up her mom!. she'll understand, she signed up for this when she allowed the sleepover!. and you can just ask her not to tell your friends!. she most likely wont anyway!. but dont let yourself suffer, ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like you might have a migraine headache, I have the same symptoms when I get a migraine!. You should really wake someone up so you can talk to an adult or call your parents!. Try using an ice pack or cold rag on your neck for a while, I hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
