It depends on the type of surgery!. You can usually keep your panties on, but you have to take your bra off because you have heart and other type monitors attached to your chest!. If you are having a major surgical procedure, a temperature probe is placed in your rectum, so it's panties off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would all depend what kind of surgery you are going in for!. Normally, they let you keep your underwear on though you're topless!. Doesn't matter though because you're covered up by sterile sheets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
