Lie down and focus on your body and your breathing!. Try to totally relax every muscle in your body!. Then totally focus on the breaths going in !.!.!.!.(to slow count of 5) and out!.!.!.!.(to slow count of 5) in!.!.!. (slow count of 5), and out!.!.!.!.(slow count of 5)!.!.just keep on focusing on the air going into your body and filling your lungs and then slowly going out Keep counting and thinking about the air and the movement of your chest as it slowly goes in and out!.
This method helps take your mind off of all those other thoughts that interfere with slowing your mind and body down!. Eventually, you should fall asleep!.

try an stay awake!. lol it works when i'm trying to watch a movie an i'm falling asleep!. the harder i try to stay awake the more i feel sleepier!. duno really but if it's only a couple of hours it can make you sleepier!. i txtd someone all night an then at like 6:30am i went to sleep for like an hour or two an when i woke up i was like heaps tireder!. so duno mabey if you sleep prop an not just dose then you'll sleep better!. have a warm drink like hot choc or something!?gnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I got insominia!.!.!.what I do is try to think of evry muscle in your body getting heavier and heavier!.!.!.keep focusing on relaxing everything!.!.!.total focus and before you know it you will be asleep!.!.!.you can't think of anything else when you are doing this cause you will just stress yourself!.!.!.GoodnightWww@Answer-Health@Com
Get in bed, close the curtains or blinds to make it as dark as possible!. Force yourself to yawn!. Hope it works! It usually does for me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
