Question: What do you eat on an average weekly basis!? What is your health like!?
First of all, I need honest answers!. I'm trying to see if I can spot what's wrong with Americans and dieting!. Also, please tell me how often you exercise and how intense the exercise is!. Thank you for your cooperation!. The first 20 people will be accounted for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i try to eat healthy, i am a full time college student and i work full time so it's not always possible, mostly balanced meals, protein (usually beef or chicken) starch (rice most of the time and whole grain breads) and veg or fruit, i do have to admit i have a weakness for ice cream, i have that 3 or 4 times a week, and the occasional frozen pizza or mac n cheese, i don't really exercise, but i do walk on all my breaks for work (2 15 minutes breaks a day and i spend them on the treadmill we have in the office) and i walk my dog 2 miles twice a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm in pretty good health!. I go on the treadmill at least twice a week for 30 minutes on average!. The intensity level is usually moderate but I'm working up!. Sometimes, I also do some aerobics on the side!. My eating habits aren't too great though but I do eat a lot healthier than I did a few years ago!. I eat a lot of fish like tuna, salmon, and fish sticks, meat, pastas and veggies on the side when I can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
