Question: Best way to get a good nights sleep!?
I get a good nights sleep, (8 hours) but when i get up in the morning im tired why is that!? I have 2 beds, one is softer then the other but i still feel tired in the morning!. There is no noise at night, if any it would be frogs out side if i have my window open!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For how long are you tired in the morning!? A majority of people are very tired in the morning till they have their coffee, shower, or whatever!. So if you snap out of it within an hour, you're normal!.
Maybe your body wants 9 hours of sleep!. Do NOT nap in the daytime!. Hopefully, you'll get 9 hours that way!.
Otherwise, I think it's time to see a doctor, if it's ruining the quality of your life!.
