its the 3 m's, my drama teacher taught us about it!.
1!. Music- depending on it, can change your mood easily
Meditation - it calms the mind and nerves, and when you perform everything comes out naturally!.
3!. Masturbation - this usually works with guys, but once ejaculation occurs, Guy's have their nerves calmed down and their nervousness cease - everyone knows this!. Idk about girls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just had a big dance performance and my choreographer told us that if you yawn right before you go on stage your brain calms down, because it responds to your yawn as a sign you are sleepy, and your brain clears your mind which focuses you and lets you calm down!. I tried it the night of my performance when I was backstage about to go on and it worked!. See if it helps!!

I normally take 10 deep breaths and close my eyes, while your doing this, visualize yourself doing what your going to do well!.

then I work off the excess energy by jumping up and down, and if you can make noise clap your hands together as hard as you can 3 or 4 times, it gets adreneline flowing!.

shake it out, take one more deep breath!.!.!.!.

and walk out on stage!.

breathe really deeply, think of an ocean or a forest or something, or if thats too "zen" for you, imagine everyone that you are nervous of trying to do something that you are awesome at (if you are good at soccer for example, imagine them flailing around and failing at soccer!. it makes you laugh and it make it less unnerving!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont drink water cause then you will have to pee lol!

Drink caffeine free warm tea, and think about something that makes you calm and happy!. Breath using your belly - big beely breaths, and try to clear your mind!.

If all else fails just jump up and down like crazy to shake the nervousness out of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
