you don't need surgery
you just need to follow a VERY strict diet and exercise regimin!. every human has the potential to be 3 in taller (if youare under 30) you will also have to occasionally fast!. you cannot just randomly stop doing the diet and exercise, you have to do it and not stop until you reach the height you want!. for some it varies, you may only grow three, or you may grow the max!. of 6 inches!.

calcium, other vitamins, and good thoughts!. you're a senior, so you're almost done growing, but guys continue growing into their college years!. how tall are your parents!? cause that's ultimately what it comes down to!. if there short, then you're pretty much destined to be short!. but remember, Michael Jordan willed himself to grow so he could play basketball, he grew 6in one summer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yep!.!.!.nothing!. No stretchs, no sports, no drugs (well, unless you know a mad genetic scientist)!. As a senior, you're probably past your growth stages!. Just dont think about the fact that we all start to shrink as we get older :)!. Dont let height get ya down, short people are better at many sports such as skateboarding, surfing, rollerblading, martial arts, rock climbing, etc!.!.!.due to their low center of gravity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well I say its a little too late for growing now, basically I found out that if you do things that require something (such as height) then your body will put a focus on growing like that!. But it is much more effective during adolescence so I don't know right now!.

Try drinking more milk, it makes bones grow! But otherwise, it mainly depends on genetics!. Try to lay of the caffeine if you do have a large intake of it, but yeah - not too much you can do!.

play basketball, it honestly works!. im short as hell also but when i started to play basket ball daily just for fun i noticed im growing!. it could just be coincidence but i dont think so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
